January Pre-Release Products

January sees our new product release, but Kaszazz are acting as Santa delivering some of these products early in time for Christmas. We now have available to purchase RIGHT NOW all 12 new Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Refills and Stains. These are some absolutely beautiful colours, and I have even more favourites in the Distress range now. The Inkpads are $8.50, the Refills are $6.50 and the Stains are $7.95. The markers haven't been made in these colours yet, but I'm sure that Ranger are hearing all the pleas from papercrafters all over the world. Christmas is fast approaching!!!

Christmas is fast approaching!!! How are you all going with your Christmas cards and Christmas shopping??? I'm still hurriedly making my Christmas cards but I can say that all my Christmas shopping is done, thanks to Kaszazz.  I would like to take this  opportunity to thank everyone who supported my fundraising efforts for the McGrath Foundation. Yesterday was my cardmaking event at Dilston, Launceston where we made three pink cards. If you were unable to attend and would like to purchase the kits, they are $3 each. They are pictured around.

Again, a huge thank you to everyone who supported this great cause. We raised $300 for the McGrath Foundation. With it being such a fun day, and successful fundraising for the McGrath Foundation, it has been requested that it become an annual thing. For such a worthy cause I'm sure it can be managed :D

Go Pink with Kaszazz

Go Pink with Kaszazz is happening this Sunday October 14th at Dilston Hall from 1pm-4pm. I've been busy putting together the packs of the cards those attending will be making, wrapping the lucky door prizes and baking the breast shaped bikkies for afternoon tea. This is all in aid of the McGrath Foundation, so do get behind this great cause. It's $10 entry, which half goes to the McGrath Foundation. 10% of sales collected on the day will also be donated as well as 100% of the raffle proceeds. The raffle tickets are $2 each and the prize is a Kaszazz hamper valued at $200.

If you are unable to make it on the day but still want to support this great cause there are a few options available to you. You could buy a raffle ticket or two, or you can purchase the card packs for $3 each ($1 from each pack sold goes to the McGrath Foundation). These packs will be available to purchase after Sunday, when I post pictures on my next blog :D

If you're not a crafty person, you can still purchase a "pink" card already made for $5 ($1 from each card sold goes to the McGrath Foundation). This is the card pictured to the right. They are blank inside for you to write your own personal message to the recipient and include an envelope with it.

Get ready for Christmas

The new Kaszazz product release is here and we're visiting Christmas with a vintage theme. Our three new papers are absolutely gorgeous, and I thoroughly enjoyed making some of the new workshops on Sunday. The one pictured left uses our new stamps, one of our new papers 7041 Vintage Christmas - Holly, and watercolouring techniques with the Distress Markers.

The second workshop we made is pictured to the right using some of our new stamps, watercolouring techniques with the Distress Markers, as well as making a box to store the little cards in using our Ezy Press.

September New Product Release

THREE MORE SLEEPS!!!! That's right, only three more sleeps before I will be going along to check out the new products to be released by Kaszazz. There have been teasers galore, with excitement building. I'm thinking it will be a Christmas theme, as below is the image that was put on our New Product MT Email Invitation. If you're going to be in Tassie near Launceston on Sunday September 30th be sure to come along to my New Product Demo 1:30pm-3:30pm at Dilston Hall, John Lees Drive, Dilston. I'll post more on Monday, showing you the projects I got to make with the new products. By the way, on another note, Kaszazz have revamped their website in preparation for the new product release. McGrath Foundation Fundraising

Raffle prize valued at $200

September is here, and now I'm getting into the swing of my Kaszazz fundraising event for the McGrath Foundation. I am holding a card making event at Dilston Hall, Dilston, Tasmania on Sunday October 14th 2012, 1pm-4pm, $10 entry. If you're able to attend you will be making three "pink" cards and enjoying some afternoon tea, with 50% of your entry fees going to the McGrath Foundation. Also, 10% of the sales made at the event will be donated to the McGrath Foundation. I am also running a raffle that will be drawn on the day at this event. Of course, you do not need to be there to win. Tickets are $2 each, with the prize (pictured left) being a Kaszazz hamper valued at $200. "Pink" card for sale

If crafting isn't quite your thing but you like the look of handmade cards and would like to support the McGrath Foundation, you may choose to purchase my "pink" card that is for sale through the month of September and the first two weeks of October. These are $5 each, and $1 from every card sold goes to the McGrath Foundation.


For those of you who are unaware, the McGrath Foundation raises money to place Breast Care Nurses throughout regional and rural Australia. These Breast Care Nurses support the women and their families fighting the disease. One nurse costs $300,000 to place for three years, so every little bit donated helps. They also raise awareness of breast cancer in younger women. Breast cancer is not an old woman's disease, and younger women should be vigilantly checking their breasts for lumps and getting them checked out if they're found.

This is such a great cause to support, and I would love to have you all help me to raise money for them. Don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to purchase raffle tickets, the "pink" card, book into the event, or just make a donation.
